If you could pass on to the hotel liaison that I am pretty annoyed at the hotel's web site reservation system. My reservation for a minisuite in the party floor somehow got morphed into a regular room on the non-party floor of the Crowne Plaza. Front desk staffers, when I was trying to resolve this, had no idea that there was a party and non-party room block either, so I anticipate problems with that if the ignorance extends to all the front desk staff.
