Hey you!!....If you think your a friend e-mail me "if" you want to be on my list to read my journal. I use my journal for every type of expression....the good, bad, funny, the really funny, sad, mean, ugly, etc... With that in mind I only allow a small select group of close friends in to read about me...then this enables us to keep in touch...

Hi... Must be through Chris then... Welcome, although my postings have been rather focused lately on trying to get to the gym, and continuing my weight loss!! I made my journal friends only around 3 years ago, because of a run in with then current but failing boyfriend whom was a liar and cheat, and well he did not like what I had to say, imagine!! ;)
