Character Name: Seychelles

Character Tidbit: Seychelles is a bright, cheerful girl, who LOVES FISH is always optimistic, even if she’s a little naïve from her young age and isolation from the world. Most of the world’s worries don't seem to bother her, really, unless they bother England or France, on whom she relies heavily. She’ll tolerate England if she absolutely must (but is not above calling him names or making faces behind his back), and she adores France, as well as feeling great camaraderie with the rest of her fellow Francophone nations.
