Doesn't look like Tampa Theater is getting Tideland anytime soon - but I can't wait to see it on dvd eventually.

hey pookie,

I just downloaded songbird. I had been looking at it for quite a while and since I just did a full reformat, I fiqure this is the time. I really didn't want to redownload Itunes due to it being such a ram hog. But sadly, I forgot to burn some purchased music into mp3 format. So I figure, try songbird and see what happens.

I'll let you know.

Well, as of now, Songbird lasted 5 minutes. Worse resource hog than Itunes and without any of the features that I've come to like. But then I admit, once I saw the resources it needed and it wasn't much super cooler than Itunes, I got annoyed and gave up. (for example, the most I ever saw Itunes use was 30000, songbird, after intial download and etc, was over 50000.) I will try again in Jan. But this time, it seemed too bloated and very slim on the features. (again, for disclaimer, I didn't spend that much time looking. I knew what I was looking for and they didn't do it.)
