Way to go! (or should I say way to lose? LOL)

I probably drink waaaaay too many diet sodas and not enough water. Nope, I'm sure I do. Baby steps, eh?

PS - was it you who told me about the Laughing Cow cheeses? If so, THANKS! And, fyi, Costco has them 4 packs for like $7.50 (considering one costs close to $3.50 at Kroger this rocks!) Having one of those spread on Wasa crackers is my afternoon "snack" ;-)

Okay, tomorrow I'm drinking more water!

Laughing Cow Cheese... hmmm... wasn't me, but now I'm curious. Do tell! I LOVE CHEESE!!! We don't have a Costco around here, but maybe Sam's will have it. What snacks do you enjoy??? I'm going back to my half bag of popcorn for 1pt and toast on light bread (2 slices for 1 point), but am looking for new ideas.

So far, I haven't done well at getting my water in, but at least I'm cutting back on pop. I'm holding true to my rule - no pop with popcorn unless I've had my water. Not easy, but it's a start.

It helps to have some one to team up with. Thanks for all your inspiration and motivation help!

Oh, yeah, the Laughing Cow cheese ROCK! They are sorta like little cream cheeses, only a bit firmer and they come in little round boxes and are individually wrapped in little wedges. I think each wedge is like 1 point (maybe 2?) and they are very tasty! I like the Lite Swiss ones, but they have all kinds of flavors. They are good on a cracker (by the way, I think WASA crackers taste like carboard, but the cheese makes them good) and also "melted" into veggies, kinda like an alfredo sauce. I love them!

oh, and other snacks ....

... baby carrots with Fat Free Ranch dressing
... sugar free jelly on light bread toast (like you)
... those 1 point WW coconut candies
... the 1 point WW yogurts
... the 100 calorie snack pack Hostess cakes (okay, these aren't healthy, but they work for a "Sweet Fix" and I can *almost* convince myself they are twinkies LOL)
... and of course the Laughing Cow cheese wedge spread onto 2 WASA crackers (though I got a new kind of cracker to try today at Costco, these flat bread crackers with zero transfats, sorry spacing on the name)

HJ told me about if you're hungry to drink water and wait 20 minutes to see if you're really hungry or just thirsty. I'm trying that day.
