Heh, sounds like I felt when I went to yoga after having not gone for several weeks (though I was still going a gym)- I could barely walk for 2-3 days!
Keep at it- you'll find that all of a sudden things will start being a bit easier. :)

that's the magic moment I'm waiting for! LOL I'm just jazzed from seeing all the success stories on the message boards. I know that the first few days of any workout routine suck hard core. :P We have a break on Sunday, so that will give us a day to recover.

Keep it up ... it gets better on day 3 or 4... it always takes me a week to get back into the gym habit.

Also if you cann't get a mat put a couple of towels down between you and the floor, or a fuzzy bath mat.

You're a better man than me, Gungadin. Power 90 does me in. Only way to climb that mountain is to keep on trying. GO YOU! A rolled up towel under the knees helps some. I like using my yoga mat for some traction.

I should back to trying, too. Might help with the stress of my world.

Keep up the great attitude!

lol tell me that a week from now. Muscles are tightening up on me even now! Walking down to the mailbox and back up was horrific. (In my defense, it's a really steep, long hill back up to the apartment!LOL) But I gotta do something. :P Thanks for the support! If you decide to try it again, holler. We can support each other. :)

Q: how do you eat an elephant?

A: one bite at a time

this has been my mindset since I decided to move to las Vegas. Some Saudi general told that to my father a long time ago-but very true.

thanks! I just might print that out and tape it up over the tv, along with the 'push play', which is the motto of the program. :)

That is really helpful. It provided me a number of ideas and I'll be placing them on my web site eventually. I'm bookmarking your blog and I'll be back. Thanks again!
