It is made, partially using the remenants of the process of Coopers beer brewing - Interesting, never knew that.

And I think it's owned by an overseas company now anyway :(

Well according to the tour guide at West end, they use the dead yeast from their beer making (it should say west end and not coopers, my mistake)
