I got a disc from Netflix Friday for my PS3. It allows me to play TV shows and movies directly from my queue on my TV. It is amazing. Suddenly my Netflix account not only gives me stuff by mail but I can just decide to watch episodes of Dexter on a whim. If you don't have Netflix already, this is the best reason ever to get it.

I can't decide if the single episode of Bakugan I watched to get a feel for the show cost me more sanity than the many hours I played of Bakugan: Battle Brawlers to write my review. I'm inclined to say it did.

So the last few weeks have been truly insanely busy with work and show now sign of slowing down. My Metromix editor was out of town for a week so I did Best Bets for her while also trying to get through a ton of holiday listings, write a story on hiking trails, finish and review Her Fearful Symmetry (which I liked significantly more than The Time ( Read more... )

So weeks have passed since my last post and all my organs remain healthy. I think I might have some issues with Thai noodles since the last two times I've eaten them (from two separate places) I've wound up sick.
