well..I just got back from the Rock Gym, and I think that I'm going to be dead by morning.
I now have a "personal trainer" i guess you could say...his name's Jace.
the workout kicked my butt, I'm soar :(

After we worked out, me and Amanda went for ice cream...
nice eh?
