For postage, please use the rates on Singpost. Registered mail is S$2.24.

Hi mod, i'll be asking my collegue/friends to help me mail out those reg mail as i cant have enough time for the long queuing, and PO queue is always so long. That's why i amend it to $3 as service/handling fee. If its againt the rule, then i'll just have normal mail.

Hi, if the other organisers can do that, I don't see why not you. This is profiting. If you can't handle registered postage, then do not provide any registered postage.
