The past week has been sad and difficult for my family.

My mother passed away last Wednesday, October 18, shortly after 2:00 in the afternoon.  My father and my brother were there with her.  I came home from school on the earliest commuter train I could catch.

You know I was worried when I didn't log in for a couple of days that I would miss something.

Obviously I did.

You were lucky to have your mother, and she was lucky to have you.

You will live a good life as a tribute to her no doubt.

I was indeed lucky. I hope that I can live a life that would and will make her proud.
