This is probably my favorite time of year for one simple reason - things are looking green again. November through April tends to be dominated by 3 colors - white if there's snow around, brown if there isn't snow. As I was taking a seat on the commuter rail this morning, I saw a sheet for the proposed 2007 fare rates. At first I was shocked because it looked like the rate for a monthly pass between Boston and Zone 8 where I live was going down by about $50 a month. Today I leave to visit my brother in Germany for 3 weeks. This is my first trip to Europe, and I'll try to post during the trip if I get the chance.

I just hope I don't have to take off my shoes at the security checkpoint at Logan like I did last time I traveled by plane.

I am now up to 5 prescription medications that I take each day. Compared to some people I know, this makes me a lightweight, but these are mostly people who are considerably older than I am. At the current time I take 2 medicines for high blood pressure, 2 for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and anxiety, and my latest addition, 1 for high ( Read more... )
