Figaro

Those of you over on FB have already seen this, but Figaro passed away sometime during Friday night or early Saturday. When I went in to feed my birds Saturday morning, I found him dead. :( It looked like he'd collapsed forward from the perch he had usually been sleeping on, into his food dish. I want to think that this means he died peacefully

So sorry to hear about Figaro's death! Losing a pet is so hard. I think that burying him and planting flowers will be a lovely tribute.

I'm so sorry. My family had a parakeet when I was young,
named Mr. Peepers - who was the tamest bird I'd ever known. He would fall asleep in my hands when I rubbed his cheeks.
