A couple weeks ago I noticed that my water heater had a little pool of water around the bottom of the tank. Eek! Since it was very old, I assumed it was time for a new water heater. I had it replaced last week. As it turns out, there was a slightly broken pipe that might have been the source of the water. But, given how old the water heater

Better to replace the water heater before it breaks. I'm in the same boat, but so far so good, so I keep gambling that it'll be ok awhile longer...

A towel rack made my bathroom soooooo much better. I don't know how I ever got along without it.

Do you actually have a slow leak going, or is it just old? Once I had a slow leak going, I started having nightmares that I was waking up in the middle of the night to 30 gallons of scalding water in my basement. I knew I wasn't going to sleep well until I got it replaced.

I'm really loving the renovations I've made. :)
