So update on teh panic attacks\

Cause:

hypoglycemia.

soultion:

drink 'sports drinks (YUCK!) or lemonaid *YUM* while working out instead of water
Eat fruit slices while waiting for chicken to roast for dinner after work and the like.

Very interesting! I'm glad you got it figured out. I wonder sometimes if I have weird blood sugar issues. I have to nibble frequently, or I feel like throwing up. It's an odd and unpleasant feeling.

yea at first my dr was confused until we looked thought the times it happened a lot always either right after (or while I was at the gym), nights I cooked something slow for dinner or mornings I had something like pasta sans meat

Oh, I'm glad that you at least know what is causing it. It makes sense I suppose.

Hopefully, you can change your eating habits and the nasty attacks will go away.
