I think I finally got a handle on the worst of it. Decorations up? Yes! Are cards done? No. Shopping list together? Yes! Gifts bought? Some, others I have to go to the mall (save me!) I've got to get moving on my cards as well. However, with school out of the way, it shouldn't be any problem getting to them!
