I know you watch Hal Lindsey, because in one of your posts a year or so you linked to his website and I've been watching weekly every since.
His last web cast, May 2nd, pointing to the rapture of the Church was so very, very incredible! It was the best proof ever(!) we wouldn't be around when the anti-Christ was revealed and the Great Tribulation begins. What incredible hope.
I grew up as a Jehovah's Witness and saw all the prophecies they put out during the 1970's come and go, all failed, and all explained away. So it really goes against everything in me to listen to forecasts about the exact timing of Jesus' return. Not that it's not interesting...
On the other hand, I can hear the labouring woman screaming for more morphine!
I too don't listen to date setters. WE don't know when but we do know for certainty it is going to happen. From the signs I beleive soon. And soon could be 50 or 100 years from now. Or it could be tommorrow. We are just told to be ready. I believe from all the things going on in the world it is prett close
