Thursday night's the running group's hill run in my neighborhood, so I usually walk the mile or so from home to the track, do the mile track warm-up, the 3-mile out-and-back hill run, the mile cool-down, the "No, I'm not eating ice cream with you guys - I haven't seen my wife all day, and I'm going home."
