But it seems that he can get his student ID back for only 5 box tops. That would be easy to collect. And maybe then he could ask about the 'processing fee.' It couldn't be too high for something so

That's why we need more information. And the only way to get it is to just try getting one of the prizes and see what happens.

It's what processing fees usually are. From all the accounts of horrifying occurrences here, it wouldn't be a stretch for them to mess with our minds like that.
