Eeee!!! How did I get to be so lucky as to not only receive the first gift but to also receive a gift like this??? Welcome home to me! (I've been traveling and just returned home about an hour ago.)

I have so much love for this. I love the idea of Scorpius in Hufflepuff. I love Draco's reaction to Scorpius being sorted into Hufflepuff. And like kelleypen said, Scorpius' reply back is priceless. "I'm a people person," indeed. Scorpius would make an awesome Hufflepuff (and Draco would absolutely be completely thrown for a loop if that's where his son got sorted).

I really, really like Astoria in this, too, with the Quiet Word she had with Draco (the Capital Letters are awesome, btw) and her responses to Scorpius were wonderful. I feel like Scorpius grew up in a home very different from what Draco did. I'm sure part of it is the absence of the war and all its darkness, but I just feel like Draco's home growing up was more cold and austere and that Scorpius grew up in a home full of warmth and fondness and friendship (true friends, not what ( ... )

I'm so glad you liked it! Especially Draco; I have kind of a weird view of him, that he's the sort of person who can be cool and restrained and stereotypically Slytherin but he hates it. He's a drama queen at heart. Both he and Astoria grew up on loving but distant households, where they were taught the importance of bloodlines and family honor and things like that. But Astoria went into this very open and honest and down-to-earth environment at school, where her housemates didn't care all that much about being dignified but did care quite a lot about making sure other people were all right, and that affected her a lot. Draco's attitude, on the other hand, was born after his sixth and seventh years at school when he put himself on what was basically total lockdown, didn't talk to anyone most of the time, and almost had a total meltdown. After the war was over he just decided to act however he'd be happy acting (most of the time) and that manifested as him being a giant and hilarious drama queen. So it's kind of something he made ( ... )

THIS IS THE BEST EVER. YES, INDEED.

I love that Draco draws little drawings! And, of course, the fact that he says practically the same thing Ron does at the beginning. And "I'm a people person"!

Really clever. I loved picturing the doodles and reading the drafts of Draco's letter about the Sorting. The whole idea of the Malfoy Manor Menage is hilarious. Very enjoyable fic.

Absolutely delightful - and Laugh Out Loud funny in places (I may have read out select passages to the dog.) I do love practical Astoria, and Incandescent Draco.
