A note of my training progress. This is so I do not fall behind in exercising my body while I am attending school to exercise the mind.

Push-ups: 300
Crunches: 215
Lifts: 200
Squats: 145
Punches: 320
Kicks: 325
Miles Run: 6.42

I believe I am doing well, but I must strive to better my counts on all activities.

holy crap, dude, how can you fit all that exercise in one day and still manage to have a life???
