So I'm all fitness obbsessed 'cause I went to my health lab today (and my lower back will be killing me tomorrow...). I dunno, I was thinking about body fat and BMI and whatnot and it was just like... Huh, I'm underweight... this bothers me. Well, how much coffee do you drink, and caffine too. Both will boost your metabolism... James is the same way. Eat more often if possible, and more often eat a meal rather than a snack... more fatting foods will help too. And you could get a protien powder to drink 2x a day if it really bothere you (if you drink it without working out too much it will just add a layer of fat to ya) Love you, especially the way you are!!

Thanks for the advice. I didn't realize that caffine boosted metabolism (it makes sense though, as that's the purpose of most uppers). My mother also suggested the protien powder, I wasn't too sure about it, though it seems like something to look into. What exactly qualifies more fatening foods though?

This communication constitutes a warm and heartfelt effort to console you and ease your mind over your concerns about your health.

I offer to you one (1) Quick Grab size bag of Doritos. Free of charge. All you have to do is eat all of them except one so that you have a way to hanglide back and forth between work and school.

I'm even keeping your best interests in mind.

It is my opinion that BMI is not a very accurate statistic anyway because it doesn't make concessions for body type, gender, size, etc. According to the conventional BMI calculation, Michael Jordan is less than 1 BMI point shy of Obese Type II.

Sure.

So don't feel bad. I'M supposed to be just this side of Obese Type I, but I don't even have an extra chin. Then again, I guess that's what I get for being 6'3". The BMI doesn't account for extenuating circumstances, such as especially dense bones from a high-calcium diet, extra skeletal weight for people 5'9" and taller, individuals with enlarged organs, and muscle mass...just a few among the many things that renders the implications of a low (or high) BMI virtually inert ( ... )
