Nope! But I'm chalking it up as your christmas present. (and Mine from you, for that matter. :D ) It's not more than I can afford, I just forgot that they'd want paying.
My old phone plan didn't! You may want to call your phone company and ask if they offer an unlimited plan that includes Canada. (Mine was a landline unlimited long distance plan, which I always spring for since I have one out-of-state friend I call all the time and we used to run up absurdly large bills, and the last time I moved they'd added Canada as well as the US to the default unlimited option.)
If I did this more often than I do (about once every ever) I'd definitely look into it, but I'm just going to remember about the cost and plan differently.
