Customer service dedication questions are tricky because there's "martyr complex/mother complex/creepy stalker" and "sociopathic loner" and only a 2mm safe/normal zone in between them, and everyone knows the answer is "I'm mostly good at it but I do have pressable buttons, and let's face it, the general public is dumb, rude and smells nasty, but I try my best".
