A waste of Idol time (I know, how clever right?)

So the season premiere of American Idol was tonight, and even though I sat through all 2 hours of it (including commercial breaks) and only went out for a cigarette ONCE and didn't change the channel at all, I have to admit that it was really kind of boring

hee hee Dave watching idol makes me feel nostalgic! I honestly don't understand why it (or survivor for that matter) still get such high ratings when they really just do the same thing over and over and over...

Hehe me neither...except that I still watch it every season no matter how old it gets.

this season is just boring, they spend to much time on to few people.

agreed. hopefully they didnt show the good ones. isnt there another show of auditions? personally I really hate them.
