Good luck! I have yet to shed the 5 pounds I gained in England/Scotland/San Francisco/Disneyland. I don't travel again until September so I swear I am gonna lose now! Arg!

In the end, I am terrible at portion control, so I just have to have to HAVE TO work out at the gym. Are you exercising consistently at least 30 minutes a day every day? I've been sick so I am barely managing a walk around my neighborhood every afternoon, but I tell myself as long as I am making the effort...

If you still have your 24 hour fitness membership they have a new 24Dance class that is really fun. A great cheat though is strength training. I tell you if you keep your muscles pumped, your body will be much more forgiving with the food you are eating. Good luck, kiddo.
