Maybe it won't become a major thing this time. I know it's a difficult, but try not to worry about it too much because that won't be helpful either to you or him. It's a difficult line to tread between being concerned and being positive. Look after your dad, but look after yourself too.

Unsolicited advice is always appreciated and all the more valuable when its from someone who has been through the wars themself. I don't get enough of it. I do the "I'm perfectly in control" act a bit too well but am secretly lost and pathetic. I realize how miniscule my problems are compared with what you've gone through and in a warped way it helps/gives me a kick where I need it. Thank you.
