One of the hard(er) things about having a baby has been finding the time to exercise. Time was, I'd do Crossfit 3+ days a week and go for runs and also go for long hikes on the weekend

I miss weightlifting. I haven't done any of it since college unless you count bench pressing children who are wiggly and dynamic and never quite weigh the same each time you do it. Granted the physicality of my job might play a part in my lack of other exercise, but I'm trying to make an effort!
Good for you making it happen and getting back to it. I'm finally back below prepregnancy weight (had some extra going into #3) and I think the first one is the hardest to get back from because it is all new.
