I know that I should have posted sometime last week to let everyone know what a great time I had at con this year. It was good to be able to relax with friends and take it easy. Well it is official winter is starting. I am excited about D*Con; however, it is sad that this is the ending of summer. I am excited about all the classes that I am taking this semester, but they will all take many hours of studying on my part. Felt the need to inform everyone that summer classes are not fun regardless of the subject. This is even more true for my poor children who would love for some fun time at the beach or a park, but all mom says is...I'm sorry could you shut the door so I can study more...blah. I am almost certain that the children and I are in need of some time apart. We have been busy with kid stuff..you know karate, soccer, dance, gymnastics since we came home. I have to say thanks to everyone that made Hypericon such a blast for Stef and myself. She wants to come back next year...teehee. I've been busily seeing friends and hanging out at my dads house. Well the verdict is that I spent another $200 for a rental car and my van will be repaired next Friday.

Well I wanted to let everyone know that I am stuck in IL until my van gets fixed. I hit a deer on the Interstate last night. I am currently waiting for the repair shop to call and let me know how long it will take to make it driveable. My insurance does not cover a rental car evidently, so now I just get to wait and see. School is finally all done at least until July, and I have officially de-stressed now that the kids are done with school too. We have spent the last few days riding bike and getting to know our neighbors again.
