menus for the week(s)

Not being much for this type of food . . . what is lomein?

lomein in our house is mainly stirfry with noodles- sort of like the tofu and soba salad you make but served piping with more veg. When we are super rushed for time- like swim lesson or rehearsal nights I use ramen noodles (not the packets) or rice noodles to save a few mins

stirfry veg and tofu, make a little extra sauce and then add the cooked noodles for a min or so and then serve.
