Can stress actually cause physical symptoms?
Last weekend, I had the most terrible pain in my legs and feet. The bones in my feet felt very brittle. All night I kept waking up because my muscles would seize but not painfully. (I.E. my big toe would get stuck behind my little toe and wouldn’t come back out.)

And yes, stress/depression can amplify pain. Whether it is psychosomatic or there is actually more pain to be felt makes no difference to the person experiencing it.
Other than increasing potassium, and stretching, I have no other real good ideas to decrease the pain. I would tell you to exercise, but I don't think the lack of exercise is the problem with you.
Which leaves stress and diet. How have you been eating while holding down two jobs?

I've spent weeks going to the chiropractor due to stress.
Work out, stretch, find a way to relax. Call in stressed and take a day to just do nothing.
