Violin

My violin showed up two days ago. At first I was a bit disappointed because the color was not what I expected from their photos. But it is a gorgeous violin with great inlay work. Granted it is not a ten thousand dollar violin, but it is very nice for the $260 I paid. Well worth that and much more

If you are looking for a teacher, why not go back into that store and ask the 18 year old if he would be interested in teaching you, or if there is somebody they could recommend. That may be a good way to find somebody that really knows how to play, but had never thought about teaching...

You know, I never thought of asking that kid. I did ask the older gentleman if he had any names/numbers he could give me. This store is 45 minutes from here and we are kind of in the middle of nowhere. Thanks, I will have to make another trip out there soon and see what comes of it. :o)
