i actually really enjoyed it haha my friend felt the same way as you though, so maybe i just had really low expectations? there were a few scenes i thought really cheesy, but overall i really enjoyed it. thought it was less funny and original than the first, and didnt like the jokes they tried to bring from the first one to this one, but i thought the story was really straight forward - jack sparrow made a deal with davey jones, didnt want to fulfill his end, so the guys after him and they have to kill him to release the debt both jack owes and bill turner owes. i guess the way i saw this one was kind of like a double album or lord of the rings, just a longer story that requiored 2 movies...im sure they could have wrapped it up in one though. but yeah, liked it :)

I really enjoyed it actually. Then again I thought it was common knowledge from the first movie that it was intended to be three movies all along.
