Sorry its been a while again. Being ill for three months has not helped. I have some good news though. Thank you faye. Your recommendation of taking contact was a minor miracle. One tablet( yes one!) and I was back to normal. I'm not cured completely but hell I'm 90% better and at least able to function as a human.

The tablets are called contact and its cured me of chronic hayfever and congestion. Thanks for the pic comment too!
