I've placed an offer on a condo/townhouse which was accepted. Now going through the fun of escrow in holiday shopping season as get ready for FC. I must be insane doing this now, but omg are interest rates nice

There's a couple houses in my area I'm going to view this weekend. I got pre-qualified for more than both are selling, so I'm good to go if I like one of them!
