Well the other night we (Monique, Crystal, Melissa, me and a bunch of others) went out to dinner because Ricki Torres, which some of you know and some don't, was moving to Georgia to help out is mom because her house burned down. eesh yea the ciy has been giving out ridiculous amount of citations to make up for the ever low budget the city has been experiencing. its not really the officers fault of them writing books on people its that the upper managment (ie mayor,chief) says they have to pull a certain amount of income every month by giving out tickets/court appearances up the arse. besides what cop really wants to get paid writing.. most are too lazy and/or occupied with other things. but of course there are some that can be on a power trip thats a different story
