(BLANK) is dead and nothing is all right
Over the last week I watched the entire series of The Walking Dead. I have many, many thoughts, but I finished episode 5x08 late last night and I have to leave for work soon so more in depth analysis will have to wait, but...
Beth is dead (?)
Obviously, I was completely devastated by the ending of 5x08 and I immediately turned it Tumblr for comfort and knowledge. There seem to be two schools of thought: Team Delusional and Team Acceptance. Someone from Team Acceptance posted this in favor of Beth potentially still being alive:
-Spoiler comes out saying Beth dies and it’s bloody. So she’s shot in the head and it is indeed bloody.
-Beth is given comic Andrea’s scars and is proven to be a superb markswoman.
-A grainy picture (aka Big Foot) of what looks like Emily Kinney at the ASZ set is released. There is blood in her hair consistent with the pattern of blood in Beth’s hair from her death episode.
-Emily is added to the opening credits yet at the end of her episode the usual music plays rather than silence or a sad song.
-Emily Tweets that she’s “feeling more alive” around the time the Big Foot photo was taken.
-The actor who plays Dr. Edwards consoles a fan who is upset about Beth’s death by asking her of she’s read the comics.
-Spoiler comes out saying a bloodied woman turns up at the ASZ that shocks all the people. A bloodied woman coming to the gates of the ASZ wouldn’t shock anyone there unless the people there knew her and thought she was dead.
Thoughts??? I'm dying here.
