This is just what I have been looking for. All I can remember about the story is that at some point Buffy and Spike go to LA to see Angel. Spike is wearing a collar and Angel thinks that he has become the slave of another vampire. He panics and tells Spike they will fix it, just as Buffy walks in with the leash around her wrist.
