I loved these!

So I have a question because I am simply curious. How do you figure out the places. Do you simply go by the poll or do you use a point system and then total the points from the votes? I'm probably making this needlessly complicated, sorry!

I use point system - and total the points each piece gets.

Example:

1st place:5pts;
2nd place:3pts;
3rd place:1pt;

Then total em up. Which one gets most points wins and so on.. makes sense?

If we do it based on the poll itself, it's harder because a few would have exact same votes for more than one place. if you know what i mean? hope that answers your Q.

Thanks! It isn't like I have a stake in how it's done, I just was voting and became insanely curious on how the winners were figured out. I understand your system, and I thought it might be something like that except I had the points wrong.
