I've started walking home from work this week. I change into gym-style clothes and power walk it. Rabbit thinks I should jog the whole way, but 1) it hurts my knees to jog, and 2) my backpack is kinda heavy so it's uncomfortable to do it. We'll see if I can progress from here, though. I'm still doing my routine with the balance ball and the 3 pound

Jogging is not something to start without doing a whole lot of walking first, IMHO.
