Ok, so my girls did NOT rock the boat this weekend. In fact, they didn't even create small waves... For whatever reason, they froze under the pressure or something. Sectionals last weekend, my girls rocked the boat. They took 5th (super amazing) and of course qualified for state. We're aiming for no less than 3rd place too. (Yep, I'm currently knocking on wood!) Today is potentially the last flag practice of my first year coaching. This is assuming we don't qualify, which I'm not assuming, but it is an option. Lots of flag stuff happened, some of which was good, some of which was bad. I don't actually feel like talking about flags though, I'm suffering from flag drainout. That's never happened to me before, I think it's because I have to drive so far to get there.
