I am just the same in terms of where I read to. I try and go for chapters because I feel I should and it's a good place to stop, but when I reach the end of one I invariably either don't notice and keep reading or decide that "I'll just read a few more pages..." Cutting yourself off mid-sentence is absolutely the way to go.
