Happy birthday, Gillian Anderson!

So, I started watching Fringe. I believe some friends might've gotten away from me because after watching the whole Season 1 in 3 days, I won't stop rambling about it on
twitter. And since lately I don't have much to do, I'll keep watching and commenting the show just for the sake of it.
Wow. Wow, just... wow! I gotta say, Fringe is the bext mix of The X-Files and Alias one could ever get. The paranoia, oh god, the paranoia is all there! The conspiracy, the science fiction, the thriller! Of course, one would fall instantly for Olivia Dunham. I loved how driven and determined she is, she reminds a great deal of Syd Bristow. Actually, I call her Syd 2.0 - the Syd that doesn't cry. As far as I watched, poor Olivia has been through a car accident, lost her memories (wtf? learn a lesson, JJ Abrams!), her lover, has had horrible nightmares and was attacked by monsters. Oh, she spent some episodes limping and using a cane like dr House too and talked to Spock. I love Olivia, I really do! Anna Torv's job in portraying her is great cuz Liv's hardass yet nice and caring. LIke Syd. Without the tears.
Peter Bishop. I like him better than Michael Vaughn, don't shoot me! It took me half a season to quit calling him Pacey, lol, but I finally did. Love his interaction with Walter and his UST with Olivia (what? Am I the only one who sees it?). I'm waiting for the day she'll throw herself in his arms but the more I watch the show the more I tend to believe she'll NEVER admit something like that. Peter will have to do the job and convince Liv she's into him as much as he's into her. And Walter is one hell of a cupid! Hee!
Ahhhh, Peter...
But what I think it's the coolest about the show is the science and the paranoia. The whole fact that the Fringe Division is like The X-Files with a better reputation is... I dunno, it's as if Olivia was Mulder's child or something. She learned she'd better keep a good reputation in order to investigate or be taken seriously. That's it, maybe Olivia is Mulder and Scully's child, LOL! With Syd Bristow's good heart <3
Can I say how much I'm loving Anna Torv?
Dude, the woman is HAWT! And I'd never tell she's australian if I hadn't watched interviews with her. She's funny too!

Aaawwww, Anna.... seriously, seriously cute. *sigh*
Awww, and look at them!
I'm so fucking in love with this show! Someone said it's the 21st century The X-Files and I couldn't agree more. I can't WAIT to be at the next comic con and see them in person. Be there in middle of fans. I miss those X-Files days like crazy! Well, they were crazy!
Fringe is, to me, the next best thing. I just seriously hope JJ Abrams won't ruin it like he did with Alias. Don't make the plot way to complicated so the showrunner can't follow! :)
