Yeah... I'm not doing so good keeping up with these: blame RL and ...other stuff for that.
This. This. Um, wow. I love it. It's the sort of symbolic heartfelt stuff that I've always adored, whatever fandom I'm in. I love the way that Yassen told him to go - made the decision so much easier for him, so it wouldn't seem like choosing between them so much. And I love the implicit 'I'll see you again.' in there as well.
That said, I'd love to see K-unit's reaction to Yassen turning up on Ben's doorstep. Oh, to be a fly on that wall... their faces would be priceless.

Oh wow, that was so intense. I don't care much for K-unit fics, but I have always liked Ben Daniels (and I just can't get the image of a 3some out of my mind, when Yassen goes to find Alex again).

It's great to finally read a fic where Alex is quite literally stuck between the Good Guys and the Bad Guys (although, really, neither are that good) and forced to make that life-changing decision. I was kind of hoping Alex would side with Yassen, but I think he made the right choice in sticking with the people who can at least be trusted most of the time. Very fascinating and thought-provoking topic for this fic--it really makes you think. Great job!
