Thanks so much for writing this. This has totally been me lately: I've been exhausted and really 'down' all the time, and I haven't been able to figure out why. I've been doing everything I can to prop myself up - getting more sleep; drinking more coffee; drinking less coffee; making more time to hang out with friends; trying to get more work done to decrease the stress; even watching more comedies, just for more laughter - but it's all just been doing only that: *propping me up. I haven't sat with the source of my 'bad mood' at all - and instead, have just been complaining to friends, and then feeling worse when I get home for being so whiney and bitchy when I'm out with them. I'm still not sure what I'm going to do -- because it *is hard to get motivated to go out or even work out more when the exhaustion seems to be the biggest and most overwhelming problem -- but I do know that I don't want to be stagnant, and I see that hiding certainly isn't helping.

Anyhow, thanks.
