today was a good day!!!..... the site plan review with the town of wilmington was today and i must say i was wicked nervous!! these are the same people that shot down my hopes of 2 other spaces in the past.. but today was my day!! not one problem with the proposed site.. infact they even went said that the site couldnt be more perfect...
