so,  quick side note -

while bored one day, i saw an ad on facebook for freelance writers at suite101.com and applied really on a whim.  the answers to their questions were very tongue in cheek and i thought there was no way anything would happen, but then two days later i had the job.  don't worry, they don't seem to require much, so maybe i blew

p.s. you do have a feed for it. click on your name and then it says something about subscribing to your articles on the right. it's still good to tell people you need the page views, though, as feeds don't count for that, so they would need to click on the link in the feed.
