i can't get to sleep tonight. for whatever reason, my heart refuses to stop racing while i try to slip away in my bed. instead of counting sheep, i wonder why my body is still turning at at least 80 beats per minute, perhaps still trying to recover from the long run this evening

FYI I'm off to Carolina (both of them) in a bit, traveling, visiting/partying/beachin it... back home to stay ("stay" Carly style, obvi) sometime after Aug 20th. My internet goes with me, of course... so feel free to talk to me whenever, but be patient for a reply. Or maybe get one quicker--blackberry on the sand? Meh, perhaps.... hahahha.... such is the life of the (indispensable) small (VERY small) business owner/entrepreneur.
