People at work were lamenting having to do tech support for their parents. Not me.

My mom's so cool that, not only do we voice-chat over Skype, but she customized her own avatar.

I love my mom, and I don't mind do tech support for her, but even explaining e-mail was sort of a challenge. (I think she would happily avoid e-mail altogether, but work and the occasional online purchase demands it.)

I was actually talking to my mom about installing Skype the other day. I really think I'd have to help her with it, but my grandmother would be fine installing it on her own.
