Edited by Jonathan Strahan, which immediately gave it a leg up on any of the collections edited by Gardner Dozois/Ellen Datlow (whose tastes and mine seem to diverge more than converge). "Star Trek: Voyager" had a nonsensical, worthless episode about dinosaurs on Earth evolving to the point where they had developed space travel. I wish science fiction authors would drop the idea of dinosaurs in space forever. The concept itself is nothing more than a mishmash of poorly scribbled kindergarten drawings and Tang-fueled Apollo 11 propaganda.
